The Company: Our client is a well-established organisation within the not-for-profit sector, known for their positive culture and commitment to making a meaningful impact. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking two experienced Accounts Payable Assistants to join their finance team on an initial temporary basis. The Role: This is a hybrid opportunity with an immediate start, suited to candidates who can hit the ground running. Working within a supportive finance team, your responsibilities will include: High-volume data entry of invoices Receipt and matching of purchase orders to contract invoices Assisting with end-to-end accounts payable processing Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines Experience with large ERP systems (experience with D365 highly regarded) Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach What’s on Offer: Immediate start 3-month temporary assignment with potential for extension Hybrid working arrangement Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to gain experience within a reputable organisation Apply: If this opportunity is of interest please don't hesitate to apply!
